The joint working group (GAK) is carried out in cooperation between the Bundesverband Keramische Industrie (BVKI) and the Deutsche Keramische Gesellschaft (DKG).

Participation criteria in BVKI meetings:

The BVKI working group is aimed only at active persons working for a producing BVKI member company in the ceramics industry in the fields of environmental protection and occupational safety. Participating persons in the meeting are nominated personally by the BVKI member companies.
DKG members can participate in this BVKI working group in consultation with BVKI (in the form of a joint working group) if they meet the above-mentioned participation criteria of DKG member companies.

Aims of the GAK are:

Analysis of legislative projects at European and national level, subsequently impulses for association lobbying in the field of ceramic environmental protection and occupational health and safety
Professional exchange of experience in the field of environmental protection and occupational safety, including network formation
Publication of practice-oriented information on selected environmental protection and occupational safety topics tailored to the needs of the ceramics industry
